Shipping Policy

✪ Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  
✪ Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time requires 3 to 5 business days
  
✪ Depending on our your country, your order will be shipped either from the USA or from one of our warehouses located in Asia.
  
✪ Items are located at different warehouses. This means that if your order includes different items they might be sent to you in several packages, which might arrive to you at different dates.
 
✪ For every package sent to you, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is shipped. Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your purchase, we cannot be responsible for emails not delivered to you due to an incorrect address.

 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders placed in the USA will be shipped to you via USPS, unless it is out of stock, in which case it will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in Asia. 
Orders placed from any other country will be shipped via epacket service from our warehouses in Asia. 
All orders are insured and trackable. 
 
 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will be sent tracking information via email.

 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping times for orders shipped via USPS can be anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on location. Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
 
Orders shipped to other countries can take anywhere from two to three weeks to arrive. Please be patient and let us know if it hasn't arrived after this period. All orders are insured and trackable.

Please contact the shipping courier with your tracking information to find out the most updated status of your package. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
 
 Tracking information states my package as being delivered but I never received it
We do not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your shipping courier to locate your order. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
 
✪ My shipping info is incorrect/has changed
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes if the order has been shipped. If you would like to check if it’s possible to change your shipping address, please email support@doggybase.com your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to the Distribution Center, we will email you and let you know.
 
 How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@doggybase.com your order number and request for the order to be canceled.
 
 I would like to change an item in my order
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee item change if the order is already in production. If you would like to check if it’s possible to make changes to the items in your order, please email support@doggybase.com with your order number and the item and/or size change.
